My Heimvision camera started acting up after a few months, so I reached out to support thinking it was going to be one of those usual customer service headaches that every company seems to have. To be fair, they got back to me the next day and just asked for some photos and my order info, which was simple.
The replacement got approved under warranty, but the shipping took longer than I expected. These things always seem to move slower once a warranty is involved, but they did solve the problem and everyone I dealt with was polite. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars...

I’ve been using it and it works great for me. The video looks clear, and the sound is clear too, so no complaints really.

Getting it installed was simple enough, but the app threw me off a few times lol. Nothing too bad, just had to poke around a bit to figure things out

I bought this Heimvision camera thinking it would be a solid little setup, it seemed fine for the first few weeks. But then mine started disconnecting constantly, which got frustrating really fast. The night vision also turned blurry out of nowhere, and I still don’t know what caused it.

I tried resetting it, switching Wi-Fi networks, and messing with the settings, but nothing really fixed the problem for me. Maybe other people had better luck, but based on my experience, it just wasn’t reliable enough. For the price, I expected it to last a lot longer, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect for the price, but I’m relieved after trying it. It works fine, does what I needed it to do, and feels like a good deal for the money.

My order actually got here quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was easy enough to follow, and the box showed up in good shape too. i kept expecting some kind of delay or... something, but nope. Everything went smoothly with the delivery.

I’ve been using this app for a bit, it connects fast every time. I’m not looking for anything overly complicated, so for me the simple setup and steady connection are exactly why I’m happy with it.
